What you will do:
* Provide autonomous, person-centred occupational therapy for older adults with complex physical, cognitive, and functional needs.
* Complete holistic assessments, rehabilitation plans, and discharge planning while prioritising the well-being and independence of your patients.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure seamless and comprehensive care for each individual.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting high standards of clinical practice and safeguarding.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and safeguard protocols for optimal patient outcomes.
