We are a busy service providing a range of services including:
1. Full diagnostic support and rehabilitation services to 7 ENT consultants
2. Direct Access Hearing Aid Clinics
3. MEI/BCHI service
We are working to reopen balance assessment clinics, vestibular rehabilitation, and tinnitus support pathways soon. Research and audit are strongly supported, and the successful applicant will be encouraged to build on this.
As a senior team member, you will steer the rehabilitation and implant service, working with two ENT Otology specialists. You will also oversee training of students (BSc & MSc) and junior staff. The service anticipates major transformation in the coming year.

Salary includes a 5% uplift, with a minimum of £1,258 and a maximum of £2,122.

Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must hold a BSc in Audiology or equivalent. An MSc or postgraduate study is preferred. AHCS registration and BAA membership are desirable.
Role Overview
We seek a passionate, forward-thinking Chief Audiologist to lead and expand our Adult Audiology service. The service is undergoing exciting transformation across multiple sites, including new facilities at Hertford County Hospital opening in Autumn 2025.
Preferred expertise includes tinnitus management, complex adult assessments, BCHI/MEI implants, and electrophysiological testing.
