The role of Resource Coordinator
We have a vacancy for a Resource Coordinator to join Prior's Court workforce team to manage the rotas for our residential homes to ensure the best utilisation of resource to support our young people.
We are looking for a Resource Coordinator to actively manage the staff rotas across the organisation.
You will be working in collaboration with the learning & wellbeing teams to identify coverage and shortages in staffing levels and resolving these to ensure an optimal and safe staffing level is always maintained across site.
You will support the management and leadership teams to ensure resource is well planned to deliver outcomes and look to tackle any staffing issues well in advance.
To support our young people, we work shifts to maximise coverage, thus this role will be full time, 35 hours a week on a rota basis. We have early shifts (06:15 to 15:15) and late shifts (12:30 to 21:30) where you will work 4/5 days per week, including 1 in 3 weekends.
You will ideally come from a workforce planning/resource planning background. Ideally you will have strong organisational skills and are very comfortable with Excel. With a can-do attitude, you will naturally build relationships and communicate well at all levels.
