Salary: Up to £37,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

A well-established and growing logistics company, specialising in temperature-controlled, European road freight, groupage, part load, and full load operations. With a strong focus on customer service, we offer tailored solutions that set us apart from the competition.
Our client is seeking a Road Freight Forwarder to manage and coordinate both import and export operations across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage groupage, part load, and full load road freight operations across Europe.
Handle temperature-controlled shipments and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
Provide competitive spot quotes, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Process bookings, input orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth shipment progress.
Oversee invoicing procedures, including supplier invoice verification.
Deliver top-tier customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 Years' Experience In Road Freight Forwarding.
Experience with imports and exports.
Knowledge of customs procedures (preferred).
Strong customer relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
