Working for Optimum Child Care Ltd as a Team Leader. You will require at least 12 months experience working as a Team Leader and have at least the level 3/4 Diploma Working with Children and Young People.
Your role will be to work alongside the Management Team in developing the less experienced staff members and to provide oversight of the daily running of the home in the absence of the Manager.
You will be expected to work on a pro rata basis, based on 1 day on and 2 days off. Sleep in duties will also be part of your role.
You will also be required to assist in the on call rota for which you will be paid an additional allowance.
We are also looking to recruit a number of Casual Staff to support the staff rota when shortfalls are identified. Shift patterns will be variable and based on as and when required. Experience and qualifications are not essential as on the job training will be available. However some care experience would be preferred.
Casual positions may be of interest to people who may already have a job and are looking to boost their income.
