We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Service Manager to take full responsibility for our client’s Service Department, supporting a wide range of agricultural and process industry customers across the UK. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and support a team of Refrigeration Service Engineers and administrative staff. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Monitor department performance, control costs, and manage profitability.
