Essential Skillset:
* HV commissioning of substations and BESS/renewable assets up to 132kV
* End-to-end commissioning of primary & secondary plantg
* Testing of CTs, VTs, transformers, reactors, GIS/switchgear
* Protection relay testing & configuration (ABB / GE / Schneider / Siemens)
