Their commitment to excellence is reflected in their professional and dedicated staff. The role is an all round finance admin role with varied duties across Credit Control and Accounts Payable.
Job Description
3. Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
4. Maintaining accurate financial records.
5. Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
6. Supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations.
7. Processing invoices and payments in a timely manner.
8. Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Helping to streamline and improve financial processes.
10. Adhering to all company policies and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
11. A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
12. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable on the phone.
14. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
15. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
16. A detail-oriented mindset.
17. A strong willingness to learn and progress within the Healthcare industry.
What's on Offer
18. Salary between £25,000 - £28,000
19. Full office-based role with standard working hours (9am - 5pm).
