Clinical Team Leader – Occupational Therapy
We’re seeking a Clinical Team Leader – Occupational Therapy to provide leadership and operational support within a dynamic Allied Health team.
You’ll coordinate day‑to‑day team activities, support staff development, and contribute across leadership, clinical practice, and service improvement. This role combines a hands‑on clinical case load with team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily team operations and capacity
- Provide supervision, guidance, and staff support
- Deliver clinical leadership and expert advice
About You:
- NZ Registered Occupational Therapist with current APC (or eligible for registration)
- Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
