Strong Microsoft 365 skills are essential, and experience with SAP would be advantageous (but not required).For the right candidate, this role could open doors to future opportunities across other projects.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting into the EC CPM, you will play a key role in ensuring the project runs efficiently and remains on track.Project Support & ReportingMaintain project tracking tools, including task tracking and variance analysisCoordinate resource and equipment schedules to ensure accuracyAssist in maintaining the project risk register in collaboration with the Site ManagerTrack project changes and delays with clarity and precisionSupport timesheet preparation and data entryMonitor purchase orders and assist with invoice approvalsManage document control, including drawings, logs, and recordsTrack site assets and plant equipmentGeneral Site AdministrationTake clear and concise meeting notesMaintain organised and up-to-date filing systemsProvide administrative support to the wider site team as requiredRequirementsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailGood working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skillsMust be based within a commutable distance to Finstown, Orkney IslandsDesirable:Previous experience in a site-based or project environmentExposure to SAP systemsWhy Apply?Gain hands-on experience on a live projectStructured training and mentorshipClear pathway for career developmentOpportunity to grow and progress within future projectsIf you're ambitious, organised, and ready to build a career in project environments, this is your chance to make a real impact.Apply now to get started.
