Role Overview
As an Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing multiple projects across various industries. You will act as a conduit between our software engineers and clients, defining and managing project scope, and ensuring smooth execution of projects while meeting all deadlines.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary liaison between engineers and clients
* Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss ongoing, in-progress, and completed work
* Manage project scope by discussing and recording new client requirements
* Oversee projections and risk management, including adjusting delivery dates
* Handle project closure, billing, and resource planning
* Carry out administrative tasks and meetings
* Assess completed work against acceptance criteria
* Foster long-term client relationships, including post-sale account management and ongoing relationship management
Ideal Candidate
We're seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in project management, with a history of managing multiple projects and possessing excellent client-facing skills. While a technical background is not required, you should have the ability to understand the project scope, ask insightful questions, and contribute to project decisions. Proficiency in project management, timeline projections, and reporting, coupled with clear communication skills, strong analytical skills, and excellent time management and organisational skills are essential.
