FP&A Manager

Salary: Up to £65,000
Must be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

The FP&A Manager will:
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
* Deliver strategic insights to senior leadership, helping to drive profitability and growth
* Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term strategy
* Analyse financial and operational performance, and identify risks and opportunities
* Support product pricing decisions and maintaining product-level P&Ls
* Drive continuous improvement across the business through strategic projects
Key Skills & Experience required:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* At least 3 years' experience in FP&A, ideally within Tech, Manufacturing, or a complex business environment
* Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
* Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for driving business success
