In your role as Account Manager within the Healthcare team, your focus will be on NHS trusts in the South West and South Wales. Working with the Tork brand, consisting of paper, skincare, and wiping, you will actively prospect for business, convert prospects into profitable accounts, and manage customer relationships.

Utilize your business development and customer relationship skills within an account management role, contributing to our global health and hygiene business that produces products making a difference in everyday lives.

The role is territory-based, covering NHS Trusts in the South West and South Wales.


What You Will Do

* Manage and develop relationships within key NHS trusts to grow and maintain Tork business.
* Prepare short- and long-term sales plans based on identified new business opportunities.
* Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
* Achieve net sales and strategic product growth targets.
* Develop bespoke implementation plans to proactively grow premium Tork products within the Healthcare sector.
* Support a distribution partner in South Wales.
* Deliver customer training on paper and skincare products.


Who You Are

* Proven experience in end-customer development and account management within B2B.
* Previous sales experience in healthcare, tissue, skincare, or the janitorial market.
* Experience or knowledge of working with NHS Trusts.
* Strong planning and organization skills with a track record of meeting targets.
* Self-motivated with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
* Determined, patient, and capable of developing customer relationships with urgency.
* Responsible and accountable for work objectives and targets.
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
