Job Summary:
As Sales Manager - Services, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and delivering Transformer Service offerings within the allocated territory. Sustainable growth will be measured against targets and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve or exceed orders and contribution margins from assigned accounts, actively pursuing new service clients.
* Develop and implement service sales strategies.
* Report market intelligence to aid strategies and enhance opportunities.
* Contribute to product development with customer feedback.
* Develop sales tools and promotional activities.
* Manage order intake, sales forecasts, and assist in setting priorities for tendering and project teams.
* Negotiate contracts ensuring margins and terms are satisfactory.
* Represent BRUSH at industry events professionally.
* Manage ITT applications and online contractor/supplier platforms.
* Identify and develop R&D projects benefiting BRUSH.
* Support project delivery through product knowledge and technical support.
* Collaborate with other divisions to increase revenue.
* Identify potential upsell opportunities with replacement Transformers.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
* HNC or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Knowledge of Transformer Service portfolio and market.
* Experience in sales, marketing, and risk mitigation.
* Proven relationship management skills.
Experience:
* Over 3 years in a similar role within Power Distribution.
* Tendering and project management experience.
* Site experience in Power Distribution/Transformer industry (desirable).
