The Role - Assistant Manager
As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily retail operations. From leading a team to delivering outstanding service, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the store meets its sales and service goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Support all operational aspects of the retail store
* Drive team performance to achieve sales and KPI targets
* Deliver excellent customer service across all areas of the store
* Lead and motivate the team through training, coaching, and support
* Maintain high visual merchandising and stock presentation standards
* Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and procedures
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new retail team members
About You
