Job Description
3. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for internal stakeholders.
4. Analyse financial data to identify trends and variances, providing actionable insights.
5. Support budgeting and forecasting processes to align with organisational goals.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations.
8. Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.
9. Provide financial guidance to support business decision-making.
10. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience in Accounting & Finance.
12. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
13. Experience in financial reporting and budgeting within a similar sector.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
15. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
16. The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
