The Nursery Room Leader oversees daily delivery of the EYFS, supports colleagues in the room, and helps shape meaningful learning experiences across a purpose-built setting. The nursery is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and benefits from experienced leadership.
Before You Apply
* This role requires recent experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner within an EYFS nursery.
* Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
* This position is not suitable for candidates without experience leading practice within a nursery room.

What You’ll Need
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
* Recent experience as a Nursery Room Leader or senior practitioner
* Strong working knowledge of the EYFS
* Confidence leading practice and supporting staff within a room
* Ability to maintain quality, consistency, and compliance in a busy setting
What You’ll Do
* Lead the day-to-day running of your assigned room
* Plan, deliver, and review EYFS activities aligned to children’s interests
* Support and guide practitioners working within your room
* Monitor observations, assessments, and record keeping
* Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards
* Work collaboratively with senior staff and specialist colleagues to ensure consistent practice
