The successful applicant will work to ensure that they organise their own workload, plan the department daily workload and organise staff to ensure that reception areas are covered at all times to provide excellent customer care to enhance the patient experience. Provide an efficient reception service to include the retrieval and dispatch of patient case notes in a timely manner to meet the needs of clinicians across the Trust. The post will be based at Wansbeck however there will be occasions when the successful individual will be required to work at other sites within the Trust. Applicants must be able to demonstrate good numeracy and literacy skills as well as a good knowledge of the Data Protection Act and how this relates to the Health Records Department.
