Core Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
· Develop annual marketing and communications plans per venue, aligned with revenue targets and seasonality.
· Partner weekly with General Managers and Operations to analyse covers and guest mix; adjust marketing levers accordingly.
· Lead quarterly business reviews with CMO and President, presenting marketing ROI, guest growth and brand health metrics.
· Own the UK marketing budget - forecast, allocate and report on spend efficiency and performance.
· Drive initiatives that increase footfall, conversion and private dining/event sales.
· Drive revenue growth by developing and executing targeted sales strategies across private dining, events, and group bookings.
