⏰ Hours: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 2:30pm / Friday 6am – 11:30am
đź’° Pay: ÂŁ14.88 per hour (rising to ÂŁ15.40 after 12 weeks)

We’re looking for a skilled Production Operative to join a growing team in Salford, manufacturing protective covers for precision weighing scales. These covers play a crucial role in preventing spills, avoiding damage, and maintaining the accuracy and reliability of the equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly and finishing of protective covers using a range of tools including:
Hand tools
Routers
Heat guns
Stanley knives
Scrapers
Working to high-quality standards with strong attention to detail
Following health & safety and quality control procedures
Ideal Candidate:
Confident using tools and equipment in a workshop or production setting
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Previous experience in a hands-on or practical role (e.g., production, joinery, construction, or assembly)
