As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you'll play a vital role in electrical engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects both at home and abroad.

We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and during construction phases. Your Responsibilities
* Lead a team in undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outputs.
* Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
* Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and programmes.
* Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards in design.
What You Can Bring
* Chartered Electrical Engineer.
* Significant experience in the Water Industry.
* Experience leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
* Strong knowledge of electrical design (LV and HV systems), motor control centres/switchgear, electrical installations in industrial/process environments, HAZOP assessments, DSEAR/ATEX practices, production of SLD/BCD diagrams, earthing and bonding, and familiarity with UK design standards and industry practices.
* Proficiency in electrical design software such as Trimble/Amtech, following local and national guidance.
