As a Payments Lifecycle Associate Senior Associate in Cash Asset Management Team, you will be part of a firmwide function, consisting of over 390 employees operating in 7 locations, a firmwide utility providing end-to-end cash management enabling Treasury to manage the firm's balance sheet.
You will work within the Consult Service, partnering with Service leads and subject matter experts to enable Stakeholders to access the value of Cash Asset Management services.
Job responsibilities
* Collaborate across Cash Asset Management (Service leads, change teams and operations), building strong stakeholder relationships to influence change across the Firm.
* Represent Cash Asset Management at Branch Expansion working groups, ensuring Service Owners are informed and aligned with the direction of the program.
* Plan and prepare internal and Senior Stakeholder communications with thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
* Own project deliverables from ideation through to completion escalating where necessary to Service leads.
* Track and update RAID logs, scorecards, project plans, and prepare program status updates for stakeholders.
* Assist with the facilitation of workshops and working groups by arranging meetings, prepping presentation materials, taking clear and concise notes, disseminate minutes and actions points.
