Responsibilities
* Development of detailed construction schedules for baseline agreement with client
* Fully resource‑load schedules and track KPIs
* Ensure accuracy and timely updating of construction schedule
* Track planned versus actual EV progress and formulate required graphs and metrics for inclusion in the project report
* Work with construction team members to capture and log any issues via the appropriate change control mechanisms
* Attend site meetings (internal and client based)
* Monitor original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes
* Use Jones Engineering internal database project control system
* Monitor fabrication workshops and site installation output
* Track productivity of craft labour spent vs earned hours
* Take lead in production/coordination in issuing weekly construction reports
* Provide all relevant look‑ahead for the construction teams and clients where applicable
Skills and Requirements
* Relevant 3rd level qualification
* Minimum of 3–5 years post‑qualification experience (ideally in an M&E contracting environment)
* Experience with Primavera P6 software
* Site‑based role working on a standard working week basis or rotation basis
* Remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience
