A day in the life of an Office & Internal Events Coordinator We start the week with a morning meeting, 1-1s and some coaching. Then we jump on the emails booking rooms, inviting colleagues to workshops and managing colleagues availability Throughout the week we may attend an Induction Day in our Hammersmith Road office to meet and greet colleagues whilst helping set up the rooms for breaks. Creating new workshop groups, registering and booking exams for our qualifications and making sure our training rooms are well stocked and presented in the best way possible. We end the week checking we have everything in order - Working to support a Help & advice team made up of 10 teams and over 100 colleagues, making this a fun, exciting and varied role - no two weeks are the same Our Help & Advice Coordinators work closely with colleagues and their bosses across all areas of the business, maintaining our brilliant culture and five star service.
