Role: Female Senior Support Worker
Location: Beaconsfield – Adult Supported Living Services
Salary: £13.60 – £14.20 per hour
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Drivers licence: UK Drivers Licence with access to a vehicle required
Gender requirement: Female support worker due to genuine occupational requirement for the person we are supporting. This position is exempt from the gender discrimination rule.
Qualification: NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Responsibilities:
* Managing a team of Support Workers
* Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
* Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
* Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
* Liaise with health professionals and their families
* Complete supervisions and audits
* Ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
