What you’ll do

The day to day
* Teach and support apprentices in practical workshops and classroom lessons
* Prepare lesson plans and learning materials
* Act as a role model and mentor, guiding apprentices in their training and development
* Provide pastoral support to ensure learners thrive both technically and personally
Essential experience
* Recent hands-on experience as a Mechanic / Vehicle Technician (Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, or Bus & Coach)
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Service & Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Experience mentoring apprentices, providing onsite training, or coaching others
* A genuine desire to inspire young learners and build a long-term career in teaching
