An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Civil Infrastructure Engineer with experience in Roads and Drainage design in Leeds. We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in Roads & Drainage to work on large Commercial & Residential developments across the UK.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with chartered engineers on developments up to [number of plots], focusing on Roads & Sewers design for some of the UK's leading house builders, commercial developments, and highway schemes.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about engineering and the built environment, with the following qualities:
* Experience in the engineering design of both the public realm and new development infrastructure
* Technical design expertise and a thorough understanding of relevant approval processes for highways, earthworks, and drainage design/adoption, including SuDS
* Proficiency in MicroDrainage and Civil 3D
* Strong verbal and graphical communication skills
* Experience with Section 38 agreements and similar processes
* Knowledge of the development process from site appraisal through planning, detailed design, and construction
