Warehouse Team Manager
As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will work as part of a team responsible for managing warehouse operations and, most importantly, people. Your priority will be to recognise and motivate good work, ensuring the team is engaged and safe while delivering the best service.
Key Responsibilities
* Coach the team to reach their full potential.
* Communicate openly and consistently, delivering key messages at the right time.
* Manage recruitment, absence, performance, conduct, safety and service.
* Allocate work considering individual and team capability and legal driving hours to achieve targets.
* Carry out investigations of quality incidents.
* Promote and manage all safety initiatives.
* Ensure goods are picked, numbered and stocked safely and efficiently.
* Oversee company equipment maintenance and organization to maximise productivity.
* Role model company values, especially during challenging times.
