Real Estate Disputes Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Disputes Solicitor to join a well-established and growing legal team based in Central London. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, autonomy, and exposure to a broad and complex caseload across both residential and commercial property disputes.
We are seeking a qualified solicitor with 4–6 years PQE and strong experience in landlord and tenant matters. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that prioritises client care and consistently delivers excellent legal services.
Key Responsibilities
You will advise a varied client base on a wide range of real estate disputes, including:
1. Breach of covenant matters (e.g. unauthorised assignments, alterations, or underletting)
2. Commercial landlord and tenant issues: break notices, dilapidations, rent reviews, forfeiture, and surrender
3. Business lease renewals under the 1954 Act
4. Possession proceedings and eviction actions
5. Trespass and squatter cases
6. Adverse possession claims
