Corporate Development Analyst – FTSE business
We are now working with a leading FTSE business, who are looking to recruit a Corporate Development Analyst into their London team.
This role will focus on M&A, strategy, business analysis and growth opportunities for the business globally.
Day to day you will..
* Analyse potential acquisitions, investments and disposals
* Prepare financial models
* Analysis business performance in the context of wider strategic opportunities
* Work on competitor analysis
* Prepare investment proposals and company and market analysis
* Screen and evaluate M&A opportunities
They are interested in meeting people with a background as follows:
* Corporate development professionals from other firms
* Big Four lead advisory or transaction services professionals/ ACAs
* Highly numerate with strong Excel skills
* Excellent analytical skills – ability to understand data and see the “bigger picture”
* Relevant financial modelling, Presentation and M&A process experience
