Servicing Compliance Operative - Wimborne, BH21 7UH, United Kingdom
As a Servicing Compliance Operative, you’ll spend your time travelling around our communities ensuring a set programme of tasks is completed. This will include weekly bell testing, emergency lighting testing, weekly low usage outlet flushing, fire door checks, auto door checks and other building/compliance related checks and services.
You’ll use a PDA whilst at work (electronic recording system) so you’ll be happy using a smart phone or tablet as the skills needed are very similar.
You’ll be given the use of a company vehicle for the role so it’s important for you to have a full clean driving licence. This role we see you carry out works across Dorset, so being on the road won’t be an issue for you.
About you
It will be ideal if you’ve worked in a similar role before, you’ll understand that the job does not require supervision, and you’ll be happy to step up and support colleagues as needed.
Doing a good job, ensuring quality is always maintained will be important to you. You’ll be confident in following instructions and will be able to plan and organise your daily workload.
At times you’ll be working alongside colleagues from the wider team and this will enable you to build some really strong working relationships.
You’ll enjoy being out and about in our communities and supporting our customers safety will give you a great sense of achievement.
