Lead the Team: Manage and inspire the Activities Team, ensuring they have the resources and support to deliver exceptional activities. Plan and Organize: Design and facilitate a variety of activities supported by evidence-based planning, ensuring they are both meaningful and enjoyable for residents. Collaborate with the Community: Liaise with community groups to bring in fresh ideas and resources that enhance residents' experiences. Manage Budgets: Oversee the care home’s wellbeing and activity expenditure to ensure resources are used effectively.
