We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to provide temporary agency support within our Property Department for a 12-week full-time assignment.
Key Requirements:
* Prior secretarial or administrative experience (property or FM preferred)
* Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs & Sheets)
* Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
* Experience managing Purchase Orders and invoices
Role Overview:
* Administrative support to the Property / FM team
* Managing POs and invoices
* Supporting urgent maintenance issues alongside ongoing projects
