Job Title: Painter & Decorator (External Works) Location: Carshalton, Surrey Employer: Main Contractor Project Type: External Refurbishment Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team on an external refurbishment project in Carshalton. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality external painting and decoration works to both steelwork and masonry on the exterior of the building. Key Responsibilities: * Preparation of external surfaces including cleaning, sanding, and priming * Application of protective and decorative coatings to steelwork and masonry * External painting and finishing works in line with project specifications * Working safely at height using access equipment * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Adhering to all site health and safety procedures Requirements: * Proven experience in external painting and decorating * Valid CSCS Card (Essential) * PASMA Certificate (Essential) * Experience working on refurbishment or construction sites * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards For more information please apply within or contact Aaron Billett at CSC Recruitment
