About the position
The International Baccalaureate (IB) is undergoing a bold digital transformation - and this is your opportunity to be part of it.As a Senior Product Specialist within our newly established Digital Office, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of IB’s digital product ecosystem. This isn’t just about managing products - it’s about reimagining how we serve schools, educators, and learners worldwide through digital innovation.
The Digital Office sits at the heart of our product strategy, with end-to-end responsibility for customer-facing products across our existing platforms and new ventures. You’ll join a multidisciplinary, impact-driven team responsible for delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes in a fast-evolving educational landscape.
The role is a cross-functional Product role that will focus on partnering with the Head of Product in each of the Digital Domains, and the Digital Office’s Senior Leadership Team to ensure adoption of our Product Management Operating Model in line with the IB’s strategic vision.
On a day-to-day basis, this role is responsible for partnering across each domain and each functional group in the digital office (specifically, data and analytics, engineering and UX to ensure consistent application of workflows, interpretations, models and so on, for a transparent and well mechanized operating model.
