Responsibilities
* Mixture of planning and manifesting/dispatching drivers
* Adherence tosite policies and procedures
* Provide operational updates to operations manager on a regular basis.
* Provide exceptional services and ensure customer satisfaction by supporting overall performance
* Helping to resolve issues and disputes.

This is for ourbusy client in Crick, you will be a vital part of thetransport office team, dealing withdrivers as well as the customer and your colleagues.
You will need a keen eye fordetail,Aswell asstrong communicationskills as this can be an admin heavy role.
Previoustransport planningor transport adminexperience is preferable but not essential.
Full training is provided.
