Duties
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
* Set up function areas according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations
* Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of service areas throughout shifts
* Handle guest enquiries courteously, providing excellent guest services at all times
* Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues
Skills
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
* Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
* Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
* Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions accurately
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or specialised events as required
