What You'll Be Doing
Managing and supervising a team of solicitors handling RTA, EL/PL, injury, vehicle damage, and hire claims
Handling your own caseload of complex and high-value cases
Providing technical guidance and leading negotiations with insurers and opposing solicitors
Ensuring compliance with Scottish civil litigation procedures and pre-action protocols
Mentoring and developing junior solicitors, supporting their growth

What We're Looking For
5+ years PQE, admitted in Scotland
Strong litigation experience in Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures
Proven leadership ability to manage and develop a team
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach
Ability to work in a fully office based role
