Responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
2. Follow a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building long-term rapport with customers.
3. Maintain a friendly yet professional approach with first-class people skills.
4. Be proactive, driven, and highly motivated to succeed.
5. Demonstrate success in current or previous roles concerning sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.).
Please ensure you meet the following minimum requirements before applying:
* At least 3 years of experience in a main dealership.
* A successful proven track record in the motor industry.
* Stability among previous/current roles.

* You should follow a structured sales process and be able to build strong rapport with each customer.
* You need to be determined to succeed and ready to drive your performance daily.
* You must have a valid UK driving licence.
