Teaching Personnel are currently working with a primary school based in Congleton who are currently looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is considering a career in teaching and wanting to gain further experience within a mainstream school.
The role:
* Immediate start upon registering with Teaching Personnel
* Opportunity to earn £90-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
* Full-time/long-term opportunity
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work within the KS2 department, supporting pupils with English, Maths and reading. This will involve 1-1 and small group intervention with students who require the additional support. You will work closely with class teachers to identify learning gaps and create and implement individualised learning support.

* Experience working with young people (in any setting)
* A genuine passion for working with young people and improving their learning experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both students and staff
* Safeguarding training to be completed upon registering with Teaching Personnel
