We are looking for two innovative and creative individuals to join our newly created HR project team. As a trusted advisor and key collaborator, you will use your knowledge and experience to work in partnership with our managers to help to transform our business areas and generate agreed efficiencies and savings. You’ll work closely with managers to drive performance, foster a positive culture and deliver impactful people solutions.

These posts are fixed term for up to 3 years.

Salary placing is dependent on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do:
\n
\n
* Work in partnership with the Senior HR Business Partner to ensure that the best solutions are identified and implemented to meet and successfully deliver the project plan and outcomes.
\n
* Engage with senior teams within Directorates to assess and analyse workforce data and metrics across a broad range of HR activities, implementing initiatives and solutions that will deliver agreed efficiencies and savings.
\n
* Develop and maintain an influential working relationship with senior managers and managers to gain their confidence in your solutions to successfully deliver the HR project outcomes.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
\n
\n
* Educated to degree/Diploma level or equivalent relevant qualification with chartered membership of CIPD.
\n
* Considerable and demonstrable experience of working as an HR professional including detailed knowledge of employment law and HR policies, project and change management frameworks, business systems and HR data, metrics and processes.
\n
* Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skills and ability to build rapport and professional credibility.
\n
* Experience of working collaboratively with managers, employees and Trade Unions, with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
\n
\n
\n
A current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post. However, if you have a disability which precludes you from holding a driving licence consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged.
