Job Description The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable balances from customers. This role involves contacting customers, negotiating payment arrangements, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, persistent, and professional with strong communication and negotiation skills.
