Store Manager - Colliers Wood
About the role:
* Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
* Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
* Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement
* Monitor KPIs, analyse sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven management experience in a retail environment, leading a team in a fast-paced setting.
* A passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
* Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
* Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
* Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
