About The Role
Our Adult Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Cranntail in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them with daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more. Starting rates are £12.71 for Level 1, £13.10 for Level 2, and £13.60 for Level 3.

Qualifications and Experience
* A genuine passion for care and a motivation to contribute to the progression of others.
* A strong team player.
* Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Computer literacy.
* A Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.
