We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our friendly and dynamic pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and supporting the health and wellbeing of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
* Provide a warm and welcoming experience to every customer.
* Offer accurate advice on over-the-counter (OTC) medications and healthcare products.
* Assist patients in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
* Build positive relationships with customers and resolve queries or concerns with care and professionalism.
Pharmacy Operations
* Process transactions accurately and handle cash securely.
* Ensure stock is replenished, shelves are well-presented, and the pharmacy environment remains clean and organised.
* Support with stock control and adhere to all pharmacy regulations, health, and safety standards.
Teamwork & Collaboration
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture.
Learning & Development
* Take part in training opportunities, including NVQ II and/or NVQ III qualifications.
* Show enthusiasm to grow your knowledge and progress within the pharmacy profession.

Desirable
* Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting (not essential).
* Familiarity with pharmacy procedures and regulations.
