The Qualities we are Looking for
* Essential qualities of a Care Assistant include having a genuine concern for others, having the ability to demonstrate kindness, compassion and patience.
* We ask our Care Assistants for a commitment to some evening and weekend working hours.
* It is essential tohave a Full Driving Licence and a reliable vehiclein order to be considered for this role.
* We also welcome applications from individuals with previous Carer or Support Worker experience. We can offer you a stable career in these uncertain times.
Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
* Providing personal care duties
* Administering medication
* Manual handling, using equipment where required
* Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
