Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in the Greater Leeds Area. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, managing administrative tasks, preparing expense reports, and ensuring effective communication within the executive team. The candidate will also handle scheduling, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Qualifications
* Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance skills
* Experience in preparing Expense Reports
* Proficient in Executive Support and Communication
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work on-site in the Greater Leeds Area
* Experience in the real estate or investment industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
