Looking for a part-time admin and facilities assistant for our London Office.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Maintain and oversee the office space and facilities
* Manage utilities bills and coordinate payments with the finance team
* Update employee details and liaise with HR shared services
* Coordinate access with building administration
* Manage stationary, giveaways, and office supplies
* Ensure ESG compliance, data entry, and report to the global committee
* Handle procurement for the region
* Communicate with the building landlord
* Restock the fridge and snack bar
* Maintain meeting rooms, kitchen, and snack areas
* Assist HR and admin teams with employee activities, conferences, and marketing events
