Customer Service Advisor
Location: Redhill
Pay: £12.21 to £13.30 per hour
Contract: Temporary
We are currently recruiting for confident and customer-focused individuals to join a busy team as Customer Service Advisors on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls and responding to customer queries
Providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
Logging all interactions and following company procedures
Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role (call centre or face-to-face)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
