Vehicle Technician
Location: Newark
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 + Bonus
A leading automotive service centre is seeking an experienced Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician to join its busy workshop in Newark. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking for long-term career progression, excellent benefits, and performance-related bonuses.
Working Hours
- 5-day working week
- Saturdays included with one weekday off
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 17:30
- Saturday: 08:00 17:00
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
- MOT preparation and inspections
- Identifying faults and recommending appropriate repairs
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high workshop standards
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
